Amber is a diversely skilled professional holding certifications in Project Management, Change Management and Volunteer Administration. With over two decades of experience in nonprofit leadership, she brings both a wealth of expertise and a passion for building on potential to her work. She has overseen a great deal of growth and transformation at the Centre since her arrival, contributing to its success with her ability to cast vision for the future while also remaining engaged in its day-to-day, hands-on work.
A qualified Early Childhood Educator and accomplished children’s theatre instructor, Glenn brings over 25 years of experience in educating and entertaining young people to his role at the Centre. His innovative approach to children’s programming aims to create a safe and fun environment in which every child can thrive. He is a consummate storyteller and believer in all things magical, with a passion for inspiring a sense of childlike wonder in everyone who crosses his path.
A well-loved fixture in the Rogers community for almost a decade and a half, Sarah’s years of dedication and experience make her a vital asset and core contributor to the Centre’s continuing health and success. She is a certified Early Childhood Education Assistant, with a breadth of skills and knowledge that allows her to be equally comfortable both leading children’s programming and overseeing facility maintenance.
Shannon is a certified Physical Literacy instructor and puts her wealth of varied skills and experience to use in almost every facet of Centre life, from administration to operations to programming. On any given day you might find her honing administrative processes in the office, supporting and training new staff, promoting programs and events, or engaging kids in active play in our child care programs.
Daniel is a gifted entrepreneur who specializes in performance art, life coaching, and web development. He has a passion for inspiring people to be the best version of themselves, and he recognizes that children are full of potential and creative possibility. He is joining the coordination team as the administrative assistant, and is excited to see how this opportunity will enrich his life.
Barb brings many years of experience working in finance to her role as Bookkeeper for the Centre. Her ability to solve complex challenges and make order out of chaos is an invaluable asset to our growing and changing organization. In her spare time she can often be found curled up with a good fantasy or science fiction novel, or playing video games with her daughter.
