STRATEGIC PLANNING

Designed to accelerate any organization’s strategic vision, our team facilitates strategic planning with a virtual and/or in-person event based on our proprietary approach to:

Pre and post event virtual meetings to meet the players and hear what is needed

A comprehensive pre-event questionnaire and data analysis to maximize event time

INSPIRE

Between 15 hours - 2 days to examine:

  • North Star (Mission, Vision, Values)

  • Strategic Alignment

  • Team Cohesiveness

  • Operational Supports and desired next steps

ALIGN

A comprehensive report collecting all of the key learnings, desired outcomes, and an accountability plan to ensure that you can achieve the agreed objectives

ESSENTIAL Plan (VIRTUAL delivery)

For up to a total of 16 hours of facilitation, our VIRTUAL Strategic Planning sessions allows for increased flexibility for participants, saves time and resources as team members and staff do not have to be co-located and garnishes the benefit of time in between sessions to allow for reflection and discussion.

ADVANCED Plan (Face-to-Face delivery)

Spread over a minimum of 2 days, our Face-to-Face Strategic Planning sessions maximize relationship building and tactile conversation as participants share time and space for fuller attention to the process. Additionally, our facilitators are able to create space for non-structured communication to enhance the experience.

ULTIMATE Plan

Includes everything in our ADVANCED Plan plus:

  • 3 hours of individual or group coaching sessions, pre-strategic planning session

  • 3 hours of private coaching sessions delivered face-to-face during the strategic planning session delivery

  • 9 hours of group coaching check-ins, post strategic planning session

    • Hosted Virtually at 3, 6 and 9 month intervals for 2 hours each

  • 10 hours of private coaching sessions delivered virtually, over 12 months

All costs noted above do NOT include:
